Together, partners Janice and Don Campbell have a wealth of experience in two specialised bookkeeping fields. After becoming disappointed with the lack of personal service in their respective industries, they formed RABS (Australia) a remote bookkeeping service focused on small to medium business bookkeeping . As a team, they have a professional understanding of numerous software packages including MYOB, Leap Accounting, Quickbooks, Open Practice; Law Ledger; Perfect Balance; Comparto; and BHL.

Janice has over 35 years experience in bookkeeping for legal practices. She worked in Brisbane law firms as an account supervisor. During this time she worked on maintenance of trust accounts, so she is familiar with Trust Accounts Regulations. Janice can also provide services including payroll, legal client ledger management; design and implementation of office administration systems; implementation of business bookkeeping systems ;  general bookkeeping and digital transcription.

Don’s strengths lie in inventory. He is an inventory specialist with experience in the fields of stores maintenance, bookkeeping, financial control and inventory control. In the Royal Australian Air Force, he worked as a stores accountant for 20 years, where he received awards for his exceptional work. Don provides services including inventory management, designs and implementation of new stock systems; advice on stock replenishment; identifying of operating costs and creating control budgets; asset and payroll management.

First established in 2004, RABS mission is to provide small business owners with timely financial information necessary to run a business effectively, proactively and profitably.
